HANDS 2 HELP provides personalized non-medical home care for seniors, individuals with disabilities, and people recovering from illness or surgery. We support clients at home with assistance based on their individual needs and approved care plans. Our team also works with families, case managers, social workers, community professionals, and referral partners to help make accessing care more straightforward
What sets our approach apart is our focus on responsive communication, dependable support, and respect for each person’s dignity and independence. Serving Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, and Monroe Counties, we accept Medicaid and Medicaid Dual Insurance to help eligible individuals access in-home support.
